Supreme Student Government (SSG), is the foremost co-curricular learner-led organization authorized to operate and implement pertinent programs, projects, and activities in all schools nationwide The SELG/SSLG shall have the following objectives to: - uphold the values, principles, and ideals of the Department of Education -- empower the leamers to strive for excellence in the academics, leadership, and social responsibility -encourage the learners to be proactive memben of the society, - lead learners in developing pasionate love of country, values, and competencies that will enable them to realize ther full potential and to contribute meaningfully to building the nation: - Represent the leomen in the School Goveming Council pertaining to the leamers' concerns - To actively participale with the school management in developing a learner-friendly, safe and motivating leaming environment: - To actively participate with the school management in nurturing an inclusive, service-oriented gender sensitive, culturally aware, and environment-conscious community: - To active participate with the school management in developing self-confidence, critical thinking. problem solving, decision-making, and leaming among the leamers and to provide learners opportunities to utilize these skills in contributing towards nation-building. - serve, protect, and promote the rights and welfare of every learner
