• The nature of the Organization shall be ‘A Nationwide Youth Leadership Development Organization’. And it is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-partisan organization. The organization does not lean and promote any religion and political personality or organization. But the organization accepts members with different religion and political personality/ • The purpose of the Junior Jaycees: To contribute to the advancement of the global community by providing the opportunity for young people to develop the leadership skills, social responsibility, entrepreneurship and fellowship necessary to create positive change. • The purpose of the Organization: To develop the individual abilities and stimulate the joint effort of the youth for the purpose of improving the physical, moral, spiritual, cultural and social well-being of mankind; but not limited to: 1. Developing an awareness of the responsibilities of a good citizen; 2. Individual participation in internal training programs to develop leadership potentials; 3. Active participations in planning and executing programs for the development of the individual and community; 4. Promotion of economic development; and 5. Furtherance of understanding goodwill cooperation among all men.
