Rupagan Difference Makers is a community-based organization in Barangay Rupagan, Bacolod Lanao del Norte. Prior to this group organization, it focused exclusively on education advocacy for the youth. To encourage, prepare and equip youth to pursue further in the fields of education, vocational education, employment and innovation in order to reach their potential for themselves and to help the community and society in general.
