Social Inclusion and Equity

DAVAO DE ORO HOSTING GUILD is a newly established organization in the province as well as in the municipality. It comprises young individuals with strong passion and skills in hosting, empowering, and inspiring people to speak up and be heard. This organization aims to create a platform for Montevista’s youngsters to showcase their speaking prowess. It aims to boost the level of confidence of its members by giving them valuable experience in public speaking as hosts or master of ceremonies. It is to improve the members’ personality in all aspects and to continuously improve the skills of its members through workshops and training. It also aims to provide unwavering service to the municipality of Montevista by utilizing the youth’s hosting skills. Lastly, the organization aims to improve the youths’ verbal and intellectual abilities, sense of responsibility, self-confidence, and active engagement in every activity¬---not just in the municipality but also in their barangays.
