The 4-H Club is a youth organization that empowers young people to learn by doing. Its name comes from the four "H"s that represent the organization's core values: Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. Originally focused on agriculture and rural activities, 4-H has expanded to encompass a wide range of interests including science, leadership, citizenship, and healthy living. The 4-H Club objectives are as follows: a)To promote the moral, social, and economic well-being of the members. b)To protect and uphold the individual and collective rights of all the members. c)To foster harmonious and progressive organization through proper management. d)To strive for the adoption of legislation, policies, and other measures that will promote the economic, social, and general well-being of all members, in particular, the working class in general. e)To promote the enlightenment of all members regarding their rights and obligations as Organization members. f)To engage in economic and livelihood projects for the benefit of the organization. g)To provide social benefits to members, to uplift their plight, and to secure for themselves human dignity. h)To contribute to the state's modest share of nation-building through self-help programs as an NGO representing the labor Sector.
