The organization is envisioned to be the top performing department among all councils at Polytechnic University of the Philippines Bataan Campus. The organization aspires to be an inspiration of leadership and excellence within the College. We are dedicated to fostering the holistic development of our Co-Iskolars by providing enriching programs and activities that cultivate their academic potential, social responsibility, and professional preparedness. The organization shall have the following objectives: A. To foster a culture of social responsibility among CBA students by promoting volunteerism and disseminating knowledge about volunteerism. B. To cultivate a strong foundation in ethical governance and leadership principles within the CBA by serving as a role model and developing leadership skills: Providing opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills through workshops, mentorship programs, and participation in council activities. C. To be the voice of the students' concerns and suggestions, and ensuring their voices are heard and represented within the College and University. D. To sustain all the needs that the council can provide for a better learning environment. E. To promote camaraderie, building a good relationship among CBAs students
