We, the BITIN YOUTH ORGANIZATION (BYO); with the help of almighty God, hereby form a youth organization, in order to contribute to a betterment of youth, engage an active and positive role in national development and governance. as well as a government partner in implementing programs, projects, strategies, and other initiatives that eventually lead the youth develop a really free, just, democratic, effective, self-sufficient, progressive, and, most importantly, God-fearing and By-Laws. morally upright sector in the Philippine society.
