PILAR YOUTH DANCE COMPANY (P.Y.D.C) was started September 2017, where a group of youth in Pilar community became the representative of PYA Las Piñas in NCR Contemporary Dance Competition. In Three (3) consecutive years the Las Piñas earned the 1st Runner Up title. And the group become stronger and it stopped due to pandemic. As the time goes by the group continously recruiting youth to be part and trained, enhance skills, capability, mental wellness in promoting and preserving TRADITIONAL AND CULTURAL Dance styles in the Philippines. Specifically, FESTIVAL DANCES and Contemporary. The PYDC aims to replenish, promote, preserved and developed skills of the youth through dancesports specially the modern cultural dances and traditional dances. And give back to community through coaching, training, and earning through competitions in achieving their dreams.
