The Arapaap Dagiti Agtutubo ken Laing (ADAL) is an organization of college students within the municipality providing services to its constituents in the field of education. The deserving students are quarterly receiving their educational assistance and at before the school year starts, the local government unit of Nueva Era will distribute their school supplies. The organization through the initiative of its beloved Mayor aims to have at least one professional each family members.
