Our school organization is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. By uniting school heads, teachers, school learner organization advisers and officers, parents, SPTA officers, LGU and barangay officials, and volunteers, we aim to create a strong and resilient learning environment through collective efforts. Objectives 1. Fostering Bayanihan and Collaboration: • Objective: Encourage a spirit of Bayanihan and collaboration among all stakeholders for school improvement activities. • Goal: Establish a resilient and nurturing learning environment. 2. Strengthening Community Bonds: • Objective: Promote shared responsibility by engaging stakeholders in enhancing school facilities. • Goal: Foster resilience and create a matatag (resilient) environment for students. 3. Enhancing Child Protection: • Objective: Strengthen the implementation of the “DepEd Child Protection Policy.” • Goal: Reduce or eliminate bullying and other incidents of abuse and harassment in school. 4. Anti-Bullying Initiatives: • Objective: Encourage personal commitment against bullying among students and staff. • Goal: Use visual storytelling and designated safe areas to communicate anti-bullying messages. 5. Teacher Appreciation: • Objective: Acknowledge and appreciate teachers' vital role. • Goal: Strengthen collaboration between teachers, school learner organizations, and students. 6. Drug-Free and Smoke-Free Advocacy: • Objective: Raise awareness about the dangers of drug use and smoking. • Goal: Promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle through active participation from students, teachers, and parents. 7. BIDA Social Campaign Participation: • Objective: Engage in the BIDA Social Campaign and profile frame display on social media. • Goal: Enhance social responsibility and national pride. 8. Literacy Program: • Objective: Support non-readers and slow readers with tutorials and peer support. • Goal: Boost self-confidence, improve academic performance, and promote empathy. 9. Environmental Consciousness: • Objective: Initiate a sustainable school campaign. • Goal: Raise environmental awareness and encourage sustainable practices. 10. Spiritual Development: • Objective: Organize Bible-sharing sessions for interested teachers and staff. • Goal: Nurture spirituality, strengthen faith, and promote a sense of community. 11. Celebrating Filipino Heroes: • Objective: Honor Filipino heroes through educational activities. • Goal: Foster pride, unity, and community engagement among students. 12. School Garden: • Objective: Establish a "Gulayan sa Paaralan" in collaboration with stakeholders. • Goal: Emphasize sustainable gardening practices and encourage organic farming. 13. Charity Drives and Volunteer Opportunities • Objective: Encourage acts of kindness and support for those in need. • Goal: Foster a spirit of giving and social responsibility. Through these objectives, our organization commits to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that upholds and celebrates our shared values.
