Federation of4-H Club (Rural Youth) of the Philippines, Inc. is an organization of Out-of-School Youth (OSY and In-School Youth (ISY) involved in agriculture programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the HEAD, HEART, HANDS, and HEALTH. The 4-H Club shall focus to the attainment of the following goals: a. To provide the youth with opportunities to learn by doing through individual, group and community projects; b. to enhance productivity band self-reliance through gainful projects; c. to instil in the youth the spirit of volunteerism, cooperation and dignity of labour; d. to enable the youth to use their time, talents, and energies wisely, and; e. to instil awareness on the conservation of the environment
