The Development Communicators' Society (DeCSo) is an autonomous or independent organization of Development Communication students in the Visayas State University. The objectives of the Development Communicators Society (DeCSo) are: a. To promote the social, intellectual and physical well-being of the members b. To create an intimate and harmonious relationship among the members and with its home department e. To help promote and defend the members and the department as much as the organization is concerned. d. To be able to communicate and stimulate public awareness and understanding of planned change so as to create a climate of acceptance with the intent of promoting development in all aspects and all levels possible
