PARSUA Cultural Society Club is the official performing group of Quirino National High School. The club is a vibrant community of Passionate, Active, Responsible, Skilled, and United Artists. PARSUA, derived from the Filipino term “LIKHA”, is not just an acronym but a reflection of our commitment to creativity, unity, and the pursuit of excellence in the arts. The PARSUA Cultural Society aims to become the leading club in the development of skills and talents of an artist and provides various experiential learning opportunities to develop the skills, talents, and character of an artist for self-actualization and community improvement.
