Red Cross Youth Council Talugtog Solsona National High School works with Red Cross Organization of Ilocos Norte in order to develop among the student the spirit of humanitarian and social service in the art of volunteerism through the help of th Philippine Red Cross Ilocos Norte-Laoag Counci Chapter by giving students the opportunities to participate in its activities with "Compassion, Competence, and Service" as its motto. OBJECTIVES 1. to work within management TSNHS in the formulation and implementation of policies, programs and activities concerning the TSNHS Community. 2. to serve as focal point of coordination between the members of the Organization, TSNHS, and chapter youth council 3. to assist/advice the Red Cross Youth Council members and aspirants in the development and proper exercise of their skills necessary for its effective and efficient use. 4. to formulate and implement activities that will surely enhance the efficiency of its members and to cater of the TSNHS.
