Rosarian Youth Volunteers is the Official Youth Volunteer Organization of Barangay Rosario that was established on February 18, 2024 with the objective to cultivate and nurture competent young leaders within Barangay Rosario, fostering integrity, compassion, and volunteerism. Through structured programs and initiatives, the organization aims to empower youth with leadership skills and a dedication to serving others, thereby contributing to the establishment of a resilient, creative, sustainable, and inclusive community environment.
