Red Cross Youth prepares Filipino Children and youth to become champions of humanitarian values by harnessing their energies and enjoining them to be part of humanitarian services. Red Cross Youth refers to any young person, aged 7 to 30 years old, who has completed the induction courses prescribed under the Youth Volunteer Formation Course; has been enrolled in the Membership and Accident Assistance Benefit Program; and has pledged as a youth member volunteer of the Philippine Red Cross. It collectively represents the sixth major services of the Philippine Red Cross and is dedicated towards the development of the youth as agents of change and humanitarian leaders through direct involvement in various humanitarian actions.
