Balubad Youth Circle (BYC) was established in year 1975 it has three advocacy areas of education, environment and health, that sub classified in the community based organization. The purpose of this organization is to spread unity among the youth and help each other. Its main goal is to motivate the youth to socialize with each other and to each other confidence. Our target programs in education are tutorial for kids, giving school supplies and some education programs and seminars in the environment our target program are tree planting, clean-up drive on seas, rivers, streets and channel (water ways). Another one is the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Program. The good practice towards climate change and disaster resiliency and last is the "Isang kilong plastic bottle with plastic inside palit ng isang kilong bigas" program in the health, some of our target programs are feeding program giving vitamins and promoting physical activities. Another one is awareness program about having good health and basic life support training there is some team building and other programs for the youth that will help them in communicating and helping to each other.
