Social Inclusion and Equity
The activities of the English Club bring sense of accomplishment for the English Circle and to the school in general. The club develop in its sense the cooperation among the advisers, officers and the students. As the club gives priority to the students' development, it will be able to encourage students to meaningfully exercise their rights of freedom of speech through the English language. The conduct of classroom activities like journalism, short plays, chamber theater and other engaging activities are integrated in their English Class. One of the club's objectives is to inculcate the love of reading among students, the club will arrange agreement with the teachers to join the activities for the 2023 National reading Month Celebration. The activities will be done during their English Class. The club also sets awareness on the enhancement of students writing composition potentials as prerequisite in joining the Campus Journalism. The conduct of training for students and writing composition contest will hone students potentials, thus, it will bring success in the field of journalism and other language-related contests. Lastly, the English Club is also focused on leveraging technology to enhance learning. Plans are underway to develop an online platform where students can publish their works, participate in virtual writing workshops and access a wide range of literacy resources. This digital initiative aims to make learning more accessible and engaging, allowing students to collaborate and share their creativity beyond the classroom. Through these innovative approaches, the English Club is committed to preparing students for the challenges and opportunities of the modern world.
