The KKDAT-ARC aimed to organized a youth movement that encourages and strengthens the youth’s ability in suppressing the illegal drug and terrorism problem in the country. A nationwide movement that tends to organize, train and mobilize the youth and student sectors as advocacy program of the PNP. It is envisioned to inflame the spirit of volunteerism among youth and students sector through the PCR platforms and programs. Designed the empower the students and youth sectors to become proactive partners of the government in the nationwide campaign against illegal drugs through PNP’s recovery and wellness program and anti-terrorism through E.O 70.
