The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines – Cabidanan Chapter was established in accordance with the guidelines of PYAP, Inc., the National Federation. PYAP was organized in the municipality to build a just and humane society that promotes the total development of all out-of-school youth and other disadvantaged youth to become self-reliant, economically protected and socially responsible citizens with values and behaviors to assist the government in promoting justice, love, quality, and peace.
