Arcoiris de Batad is a non-partisan organization that aims to develop social and cultural awareness of the LGBTQIA+ members of the Municipality. Furthermore, it aims to empower its members and become productive assets of society through active participation in the activities implemented by the Local Government Unit of Batad.
