4-H Clubs are youth development organizations that aim to empower young people with the skills they need to become engaged citizens, leaders, and productive members of society. Through hands-on learning experiences, educational programs, and mentorship opportunities, 4-H Clubs foster leadership, citizenship, and life skills in youth ages 10 to 30. The objectives of 4-H Clubs include promoting positive youth development, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity, encouraging personal growth and responsibility, and providing opportunities for youth to explore their interests in agriculture, science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM).
