The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Catibac is the youth council of Catibac, Philippines. It is a local youth government unit that represents the youth sector in the barangay. The Catibac Harmony Haven Youth Organization is a youth group within Barangay Catibac that aims to promote unity, harmony, and camaraderie among the youth in the community. Its objectives include fostering a sense of community among the youth, providing opportunities for personal growth and development, organizing activities that promote social interaction and cooperation, and advocating for the rights and welfare of the youth in Catibac, and promotes green and green environment. Through its programs and initiatives, the Catibac Harmony Haven Youth Organization works towards empowering the youth, building their leadership skills, and creating a positive and inclusive environment where young people can thrive and contribute to the development of their barangay.
