Tag-amakan Youth for a Change is a dynamic and proactive youth organization deeply rooted in the ethos of community engagement and social responsibility. Our mission is multifaceted, aiming to empower the youth within our barangay to become catalysts for positive change, while also fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and collective purpose. Through a diverse range of initiatives and programs, we strive to equip our members with the necessary tools, skills, and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the development and progress of our community. Central to our objectives is the promotion of youth empowerment. We believe in the inherent potential of young individuals to enact meaningful change and thus endeavor to provide platforms for their personal growth, leadership development, and skills enhancement. By nurturing their talents and nurturing their potential, we aim to cultivate a generation of confident and capable leaders who are equipped to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. Furthermore, we are deeply committed to community engagement and service. Recognizing the unique needs and issues facing our barangay, we organize and participate in various community service projects aimed at addressing these concerns. Whether it be organizing clean-up drives, conducting educational workshops, or advocating for the implementation of youth-friendly policies, we are dedicated to making a tangible and positive impact on the lives of our fellow residents. At the heart of our organization lies a strong commitment to advocacy and awareness-raising.
