The PNU-Mindanao Student Government (SG) embodies democratic, nationalist, and autonomous ideals, serving as a representative body for the student populace. Endowed with full autonomy, the PNU-Mindanao SG possesses the authority to enact decisions, formulate policies, and implement programs without external interference from other sectors or the administration. Additionally, it exercises discretion over the allocation of its financial resources. A core mission of the PNU-Mindanao SG is to cultivate social consciousness among students through active engagement in discussions and the adoption of principled stances on issues of local, national, and international significance. The PNU Mindanao Student Government aims to: • To implement projects and forum task force addressed at giving solutions/remedies to problems concerning students' welfare, faculty, administrative staffs and other school personnel related to the students. To spearhead activities and researches that can help further students' awareness and involvement in resolving problems and issues of local, sectorial, national and global concerns. To establish extension programs and linkages to other sectors of the society. To conduct leadership programs intended for the students and student leaders. To provide trainings, workshops and lectures to the students pertaining to arts, culture and other fields. To encourage students in exerting best effort in developing their potentials for service and leadership in order to strengthen the organization • To ensure the active participation of the students in all activities. To secure a transparent administration. • To uphold the laws, morals, attitudes and values of the University.
