Asgad Youth Organization is an organization of Barangay Asgad Salcedo Eastern Samar and aims to train for effective and efficient leadership, promote and enhance youth, socially, physically, and culturally, establish a wholesome and democratic youth environment. It also focuses to join and participate in any organizational activities recognized by the community, promote justice, respect youth’s rights and shall adhere to the democratic principles and aspirations of Brgy. Asgad Salcedo and serve as the voice and ears of youth’s concern.
