Community based association to protect and empowered youth through skills trainings with an objectives is to encourage, facilitate and create opportunities for self-expression and attachment of proper attitudes and behavior among the youth for self-fulfillment and social awareness. To encourage the youth in various activities that will promote their social and economic development such as food production, volunteer community service, health and nutrition, population awareness , protection and conservation of natural environment. To strengthen basic social cultural values, enhance social functioning, develop human responsibility of the youth for the betterment of his and her family and community.To provide special services for the protection, rehabilitation and training of youth with special needs as those who are alienated, delinquent, neglegted, abused, exploited, those with disabilities, and those in cultural communities. To maintain a program of collaboration with government and non-government agencies for the youth in all sectors and at all levels in the community. It is also preparing youth for adulthood and enables them nurture and develop valuable life skills and foster self-esteem through inventive services and programs to empower them socially and economically and to develop the resiliency and self-confidence to succeed once their age out of care.
