Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) is a program implemented by the Department of Education under the National Drug Education Program (NDEP) with the purpose of educating the youth on matters of illegal drugs and its detrimental effects to one’s life and providing them with worthwhile activities where they can engage in, to keep them away from trying illegal activities especially on the use of illegal drugs.
