The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of the Municipality of Culasi is a high governing body of youth Representative and leaders composes of SK chairperson. The aim of the federation is to develop responsible citizens and produce competent youth leaders who will intensity the participation of Filipino youth in nation building. Contribute to the development of youth on the locality. Youth as one of the advocate and movers of change. Educate the youth on the value of nationalism, collective responsibility, volunteerism and good governance. encourage the fellow SK to empower the youth trough series of programs that will develop their abilities and inmate talents & Skills. Encourage SK to initiate & be involved in a unities or programs necessary for the development of people and our country.
