The name of this organization shall be known as SUMAYO based at Barangay Supang, Sabangan, Mountain Province. the members are youth aging 15-30 years old and may be an out-of-school, in-school, married or single, working youth and youth with special needs. The primary objective of the organization is to promote development and to gai knowledge and skills through self and social enhancement activities which aimed to develop the youth as productive and globally competitive citizens.
