Cagaut Youth Organization is an organization of Barangay Cagaut ,Salcedo Eastern Samar aims to train for effective and leadership, promote and enhance youth, socially, physically, and culturally, establish a wholesome and democratic youth environment. It also focuses to join and participate in any organizational activities recognized by the community, promote justice, respect youth’s rights and shall adhere to the democratic principles and aspirations of the country and serve as the voice and ears of youth’s concern in Brgy. Cagaut, Salcedo Eastern Samar.
