The Municipal Association of Persons with Disability of Anda, with the aid of God Almighty, by virtue of our efforts, establish this organization that shall embody our ideas to preserve and foster our dignity under the regime of justice, peace, and democracy promoting inclusivity and unity among all types of disability to become active, progressive and productive members of the society do ordain and promulgate this constitution and by-laws.
