Social Inclusion and Equity, Active Citizenship

Pagasa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP), Inc. – Leganes Chapter is one of the youth organizations duly acknowledged by the Municipality of Leganes, Province of Iloilo. This organization is composed of In-School Youth (ISY), Out-Of-School Youth (OSY), underprivileged/disadvantaged youth, such as PWDs ages 15 to 30. The PYAP assists the council and the local youth development office in carrying out youth activities mandated by law in the community. The group additionally takes part in national and provincial youth initiatives. As one of the youth organizations in the Municipality of Leganes, this organization's mission is to help the youth in becoming economically independent, socially mindful, and self-reliant youth who can support their families and communities.
