Paganao Youth Club is a Youth Serving Organization, located in Brgy. Paganao, Lagangilang, Abra. Consisting of 22 registered members, and 7 out of the 22 registered members is the Organization’s officers. The objectives of the Organization includes the following: 1. To aid and assist the youth of the community to become better citizens by making them aware of their responsibilities. 2. Teach what’s the true definition of being a good citizen, fellowship, and sportsmanship. 3. To create groups or teams for participation in sports and other activities that requires youth participants. 4. To let the youth realize the importance of fulfilling responsibilities without telling them to do it.
