This organization shall be known as MEGANS SOCIETY, PHILIPPINES NATIONAL SERVICES FRATERNITY AND SORORITY, INCORPORATED or MEGA LITH NUSIGMA PHI. To become a model of all collegiate fraternity and sorority in the advocacy of nationalism, unselfish, voluntary service, self-reliance, responsible citizenship reaching out to the needy, equipped with undying spirit of the fraternal doctrine, leading our country to greatness and development. The mission of the association shall be for the development of her member, spearheading voluntary service, responsive to the needs of the community and country and promoting the Filipino values of good governance and personal development. To build a fraternal family whose primary concern is the welfare of its members. To promote a friendly relationship among the people focusing on the youth as its basic objective. To train the youth for future leadership and develop their skills and potentials. To make individuals responsive to the needs of the community of the government, and of the other desirable social agencies. To integrate all sectors of the society regardless of faith or religion, political preferences, and custom and tradition in love, harmony peace and understanding to worship God and apply his divine truth and order to mankind.
