Barcelona Farm Young Association is a community based organization organized by very hands on and active Mayor Atty. Cynthia G. Falcotelo -Fortes positively pointed out the importance and objective for local economic development. This organization planted different kind and variety of root crops that available in the locality. It also caters the young farmer for boosting their skills, talent of the youth and leading the local economy to the top.
