The Claveria Grassroots Laboratory Cooperative was established on January 10, 2014 under the guardianship of its mother cooperative Claveria Grassroots Multipurpose Cooperative. It is based in the Municipality of Claveria, Cagayan known as the "Coastal Paradise of North". As of December 2022, the total membership of the Claveria Grassroots Laboratory Cooperative is 1,580 composed of the youth aged 7-17 years old. The CGLC aims: 1. To serve as a training ground for its members in the management and operation of cooperatives in order to prepare them for membership in regular cooperatives; 2. To encourage thrift and savings mobilization among the members and provident purposes; 3. To generate funds and extend credit to the members for productive and providential purposes; 4. To encourage among members systematic production and marketing, 5. To provide goods and services and other requirements to its members, 6. To develop expertise and skills among its members; 7. To promote and advance Filipino social and cultural values, the economic and educational status of its members, and ecological awareness and sustainable development; and 8. To coordinate and facilitate the activities of other laboratory cooperatives. The CGLC has its own set of officers such as Board of Directors and committee members. It conducts its Annual General Assembly attended by its member-youth.
