The Organization is a community-based organization of all youth in the community. The organization shall be highest youth group in the community in-charge for all youth-related project and programs and civic affairs, of the Sitio/Purok, Barangay, Municipality and/or Provincial level.The organization shall be under the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Bargangay Gargato the Organization is shall envision to well informed and empowered responsible youth who are leaders in society.Pursue to provide quality of programs and develop youth to become leaders of the community and to conduct social engagement and recreational youth-related programs.
