Project AGAPAY is a supportive psychosocial environment in schools, under the provision of Prosperidad National High School with the collaboration of Municipal Social Welfare and Development of the Municipality of Prosperidad that contributes to the development of favorable conditions for efficient teaching and learning. The dynamic interaction between psychological parts of human experience—thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and our broader social experience—relationships, family and community networks, social ideals, and cultural practices—is described. The strength of interpersonal relationships at school, instructional strategies, classroom management and discipline, the wellbeing of students and teachers, the prevalence of school-based violence, and social and emotional learning are important factors that affect the psychosocial climate of the school. Prosperidad National High School aims to understand psychosocial dysfunction, which leads to the conclusion that it is a state of emotional and behavioral issues that are the same as internalizing and externalizing disorders, respectively. The most common problems of students are delinquency, violence, educational challenges, and truancy, as well as depression and anxiety. The surroundings at home and at school have the biggest impact on adolescence. As adolescents spend a lot of time attending school, participating in extracurricular activities, and finishing academic work at home, schools play a crucial role in their development. School is an example of an organization that supports the overall educational and socialization processes, both of which are essential to adolescent personality development.
