AKAPP stands for AKTIBONG KABATAANG ALNAYANO PARA SA PAMAYANANG PROGRESIBO. It is geared towards the development of young learners and the youth to be actively involved in the community (Barangay Alnay) through worthy activities that will enhance their leadership skills and capabilities to become responsible members of the society, develop G0d-fearing individuals, empower guardian of the environment and to produce responsible future leaders. The following are the objectives of the organization: a. develops intellectual and leadership skills through free tutorials, training and woorkshops b. improve discipline among young learners and the youth through lectures, seminars and sports.
