Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Inc. Barangay Matutungan (PYAP Matutungan Chapter)is a community-based organization that became linked with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development of Santa Cruz by focusing on Out-of-School Youth who are clients of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. This organization seeks to foster open communication between young people, reduce the number of OSYs through self-initiated programs and activities, improve youth leadership development, and foster social awareness, self-discipline, and camaraderie among young people in the community. We think that the youth, and our ability to uplift and inspire, hold the key to the future of our country. The PYAP Matutungan will achieve its goal of creating a forward-thinking and sustainable community.
