Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Inc. Santa Cruz Federation (PYAP Santa Cruz Federation) is a federated organization that primarily focused on Out-of-School Youth who are clientele of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, and thus become an affiliated organization of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development of Santa Cruz. This organization aims to promote an open youth-to-youth communication, to decrease the number of OSY’s through initiated programs and activities, to enhance the leadership development among young people, and to provide social awareness, discipline, and camaraderie throughout the youth members of the community. We believe that the future of our nation lies on the youth and our capacity to inspire and to give hope. The PYAP Santa Cruz Federation will realize its vision to have sustainable and progressive community.
