The PAG-ASA Youth Organization – Tuban Chapter seeks to include all young people in the development of the country. Additionally, it seeks to give Barangay Tuban's youth the authority to advocate for neighborhood initiatives and decision- making. It also works together with the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tuban, Sta. Cruz. The partnership enhances camaraderie and unity. It encourages all the youth to participate community engagement programs to develop leadership and community awareness. Organizing all programs focusing only in the youth of Barangay Tuban to boost their confidence and sense of self. It also empowers inner prowess in leadership and community engagement. It also recognizes the importance of celebrating and championing small achievements through a collaborative effort within the organization. In addition, it creates a safe and supportive environment. It aims to achieve the mission, vision and goals of the organization.
