The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines Inc. (PYAP) is a nationwide organization that is federated by the Municipal/City, Provincial, Regional and National levels. The different levels of the PYAP working together as a federation is a strategy that gives youth a place to talk about their concerns and issues related to their projects and come up with solutions and recommendations for both youth and other systems involved in planning and implementing programs. As our target, PYAP also includes the youth with disabilities, working, out-of-school youth, in-school youth, youth who are part of LGBT, youth with religious groups, and others youth organizations ages between 15-30 years old. To promote inclusivity for every individuals and the development of the out of school youth even the disadvantaged youth to become self reliant, active participation to thedifferent activities and programs in the community, economically productive and socially responsible citizens that will able to contribute to the development of their community including their family. To engage the youth to the different activities to promote their social development and showcase their talents and skills in leadership such as volunteer community service and involving themselves in population awareness, protection, conservation of natural environment and also their rights . To motivate them in facilitating and creating opportunities for self expression and attainment of proper attitudes and behavior among the youth for self fulfillment and their social awareness. And providing special services for the protection, rehabilitation and training of youth with special needs as those youth who are neglected,experiencing abused, exploited,alienated,delinquent even the youth with disabilities in their community.
