YMF is an organization that was organized and mobilized under the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15. This organization serves as youth counter in fighting for insurgency. This organization also represents the youth sector in the Battalion Advisory Group of the unit whose main goal is to divert youth participation in detrimental organizations. Organization objective are as follows: ? Change the public perception of young people from being “the problem” to an important part of making life better in the community. ? Develop personal youth’s leadership potential so that they will grow and learn as thoughtful prepared leaders of the society ? Develop personal and interpersonal skills which include the ability to think critically and solve problems and the assumption of persona and group responsibility. ? Boost youth’s self-confidence and self-esteem
