Katipunan ng Kabataan ng Población, Mahinog is dedicated to empowering the youth through active participation in community development. It fosters leadership skills and promote social responsibility, creating an inclusive environment where young individuals can grow, learn, and contribute positively to their community. Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant, proactive, and well-informed youth community in Barangay Población, committed to driving positive change. By harnessing the potential of our young people, we strive to build a future where they are leaders and innovators, contributing to a sustainable, equitable, and prosperous society. Its objectives are: Encourage active participation of young people in community development and governance.; Develop leadership skills among youth, preparing them for future roles in public service and community engagement; Promote volunteerism and community service among the youth to address local issues and needs; Promote environmental consciousness and engage in activities that protect and sustain the environment; Ensure the inclusion of all youth, regardless of background, in programs and activities, promoting equality and diversity; Conduct awareness campaigns on the importance of education and lifelong learning, motivating the youth to pursue higher education and vocational training.
