The RIVERA INDIGENOUS PEOPLE'S YOUTH ASSOCIATION was created to empower the youth as they have a big contribution in nation building. Through various advocacies stated above, the association is committed to uphold on what is embodied in the constitution and by laws and will serve as a direction of the association in accomplishing its mission, objectives and goals.
