Batang Kaparis Ni Rizal is a youth organization across Region 7 of Central Visayas, and is currently based in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. This is a movement for youth empowerment to uphold the ideals, values, and teachings of our Philippine Nation Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. It also serves to foster a common goal by instilling the youth a strong sense of patriotism, leadership, and social responsibility.
