The 4-h Club is an organization of out-of-school youth (OSY) and in-school youth (ISY) involved in Agriculture Programs and Livelihood Project for the four-fold development of the HEAD, HEARTH, HANDS AND HEALTH. The 4H's seek to promote positive youth development, facilitate learning and engaged youth in the work of their community through the Cooperative Extension Service to enhance the quality of life.
