KABATAAN KONTRA DROGA AT TERORISMO The KKDAT program was created under PNP MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20-2019, which prescribed the guidelines and procedures in the creation of a nationwide movement dubbed as “Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo” (KKDAT) that intends to organize, train, and mobilize the youth and student sectors as advocacy support group that will stand against illegal drugs and terrorism through various advocacy program of the PNP. The MC is envisioned to enflame the SPIRIT OF VOLUNTEERISM among the youth and student sector through Police Community Relations platform and programs to designed to empower the said sectors to become proactive partners of the government in the nationwide cascading of advocacies relative to anti-terrorism and anti-illegal drugs, especially on matters related to Barangay (BADAC) and in social reintegration programs for reformed illegal drugs personalities. The KKDAT advocacy cluster through their ends will expand the awareness among youths and parents and ultimately develop a strong shield against CTG propaganda, thereby making its existence irrelevant.
